During the Holidays, shipping can be a bit confusing, and delays happen from time to time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times during this season, but here is a guide to ensure that we can do the best possible job at getting you your packages on time.
Here is a quick overview of shipping dates for arrival by Christmas day for domestic shipments (see below for more detailed info...all dates given are cut off at midnight PST on that day):
- December 15th - Last Day for UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Select Ground (Free shipping)
- December 18th - Last Day for USPS Priority Mail
- December 19th - Last Day for UPS 3-Day
- December 20th- Last day for UPS 2 Day
- December 21st- Last day for UPS Overnight and USPS Priority Express
For our regular shipping and free shipping, we ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground at our discretion. December 15th will be the cutoff for free shipping to arrive by Chirstmas* (this is not a guarantee of delivery) depending on your location domestically. For other shipping methods, please refer to the list above.
Please keep in mind that these are the last days where orders places should arrive by Christmas. However, we recommend ordering earlier, as, in our experience, there tend to be a number of issues causing package delays when shipping on the last possible day the shipping companies say one can ship for Christmas.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please keep in mind that even though we may ship in time and do everything correctly, there may still be some unforeseen delays with the shipping that are beyond our control. The earlier you order, the better chance we have of helping you get your package in time. We hope you have a wonderful Holiday season.
